The Sebastian Stan interviews from the Toronto International Film Festival keep coming! So far Stan has talked about his long shooting schedule for The Batman: Part 2, and even compared it to The Godfather Part 2, and now he's revealed how he landed the role in the first place.

Sebastian Stan starred as Donald Trump in 2024's The Apprentice. While speaking to Collider, Stan explained that The Batman: Part 2 director Matt Reeves knew The Apprentice director Ali Abbasi. Reeves was a big fan of the movie, and clearly Stan's performance, which lead to them meeting about a role. Here's what Stan had to say:

Matt Reeves knew Ali Abbasi. He was a big fan of The Apprentice and that's how that conversation started. I mean, not in a million years did I think that doing that movie was going to lead to me having a conversation with that director.
