The Flash came out in 2023 featuring not one, but three different Batman actors. The best part of that movie for me was seeing Michael Keaton back as Batman, but the movie bombed at the box office with just $271 million worldwide. To make things worse, it became a meme online for the awkward looking visual effects.

The Flash director Andy Muschietti was a guest on The Diego Show this week and he was asked what he would change about the process of making the movie if he could go back in time.

"It would have been easier to do it not in COVID," Andy's sister, and The Flash producer, Barbara Muschietti said. Andy then added:

"If we had shot this movie in a different year, in a different time, we wouldn't have faced a very particular crisis that was related to VFX vendors all around the world."

Andy Muschietti also joked that he was drunk while making the movie. You can check out the exchange at the 5:21 mark in the video below.
