Could The Batman be the next James Bond? According to The Hollywood Reporter, Robert Pattinson screen tested to be the new 007 for the upcoming Denis Villeneuve reboot. Pattinson worked with Villeneuve on the upcoming Dune: Part 3.
This is interesting because you don't typically see actors starring in two major franchises like this. If Pattinson lands the role of Bond I hope he's at least able to do one more Batman movie, so that director Matt Reeves can finish his The Batman Trilogy that he's talked about over the years.
What do you think of the possibility of Robert Pattinson as James Bond? Let me know in the comments below!

I'd be all for this as long as he's able to do a 3rd Batman movie as well!
Chris if this is true, it would confirm that The Batman 2 is the last one, I don't see Pattinson going for such a massive role and contract while waiting for a 3rd Batman script to be written.
Mario I think (and hope) he could fit in 1 final Batman movie between Bond, but it should shut up the "DCU Batman!" crowd (no matter how many times Gunn says it isn't happening)
I mean, they have Henry Cavill there...
Chris at this point I wouldn't count on that though...
